(1) The conduct of Vice-Chancellors, Registrars, Rectors, Deans, Assistant Deans and Managers of Universities and Institutions shall be as follows:-
(a) Not to invest in educational institutions,
(b) The officials of the educational institution shall submit the property details to the concerned university in the format prescribed by the prevailing law within sixty days after the end of each financial year and arrange for the university to keep such details safe,
(c) Complying with the professional code of conduct issued by the organization or the official body of that organization.
(2) The committee may draw attention to the officials who do not comply with the conduct as per sub-rule (1).
(3) Contrary to Clause (a) of sub-rule (1), if an educational institution or an official of a public educational institution has invested in any other educational institution, the educational institution or regulatory body shall provide the information to the Commission in the format prescribed by the Commission.
